RESIDENTIAL CLEARANCES
We’re experienced in clearing all property types including houses, bungalows, flats, apartments, garages and out-buildings.
Whether it be due to personal circumstances, the end of a tenancy agreement or you’re simply looking to have a clear out – we’re here to help.
Where tenants have absconded leaving a mess behind, we’re able to completely clear the premises, ensuring all waste is responsibly disposed of. If your property has been left in undesirable condition, we can also provide a cleaning service to get your property back to a suitable state for occupancy.
Our Complete House Clearance service can include removal of furniture, appliances, bulky items and equipment, general and green waste, as well as the removal of carpets/flooring and fitted furniture.

1 – Get in touch providing the following information:
Location of property; Brief description of the service you require; Any timescales or deadlines you are working to. Photographs of the area to be cleared where can assist us in providing a prompt quotation.
2 – We’ll be in touch with our free no-obligation quote, or if we require further information, we can arrange a site visit.
We’re able to complete on-site visits by collecting keys from third parties if you aren’t able to attend the site visit yourself.
3 – Once we’ve agreed on a price, we will book in the job making every effort to accommodate a time and date that is convenient for you.
If you can’t attend on the day the work is undertaken, we can collect keys from a nominated location. Customers often opt for us to collect keys from their place of work, a trusted neighbour or an involved third-party such as an estate/letting agent or solicitor.
4 – On the agreed day, we’ll arrive on time having collected any keys or key-codes necessary, and will get started on the work immediately.
Our team work with caution and care removing items from your premises, and get all jobs done with their positive can do attitude and approach.
5 – Upon completion of the work, your invoice will be emailed over. Payment can be made upon completion of the work.
We offer a variety of secure payment methods such as bank transfer or via the telephone.
